Dear Martina,
Good choice, interesting topic and ideas how to use this podcast. In order to make sure students understand the podcast I would add another pre-listening task which focuses on the language used in the podcast or I would extend your brainstorming task to introduce relevant language. You would also have to tell students that they can stop/listen again if they have problems understanding the podcast.
